Brake disc MAN 81.50803-0069, for Steyr 12M18, overhauled, 32.5 mm (sold in pairs)

Scope of overhaul

This brake disc was professionally overhauled on our behalf:

• Sandblasted
• Provided with temporary paintwork (rust protection during storage – not a high-quality final coating!)
• Faced or surface-milled
• Running surfaces sealed with corrosion protection wax to prevent rust formation during storage

Sales unit

Sales are generally in pairs, provided that two brake discs are in stock in the corresponding thickness.
If only one piece is available in the corresponding thickness, sale is also by individual piece.

Installation note

Immediately before installation, the corrosion protection wax must be completely removed with brake cleaner.

⚠️ Old part deposit required ⚠️

This item is shipped exclusively against payment of an old part deposit of €369.90 incl. VAT per brake disc.
For this purpose, it is necessary that you add the item AP-102153.99 to your shopping cart in the same quantity.

Procedure:

1. You will receive the overhauled brake disc after payment of the purchase price and old part deposit.
2. The return of your old brake disc(s) at your expense is required. If necessary, we will be happy to assist you in booking a freight forwarder.
3. After receipt of the old parts, the old part deposit will be refunded in full – provided that the brake discs sent in are suitable for overhaul.

Your old parts will be subjected to a thorough inspection in accordance with the technical service guidelines of the Austrian Armed Forces and diagnosed for any damage. If the brake discs are actually defective (e.g. due to cracks that are too deep, excessive wear etc.), the old part deposit will be retained in full. However, this case has not yet occurred with us to date.

Tip: You are welcome to send us your old brake discs in advance for a non-binding inspection.
