Bellows for expedition vehicles

This durable bellows ensures a watertight and dust-free connection between cab and living box, ideal for use in expedition vehicles. Made from high-quality EPDM synthetic rubber approximately 2.5 mm thick, the material is characterised by longevity and resistance.

We installed this bellows on our customer vehicles for many years until the closure of our in-house vehicle construction in 2024 and can therefore confirm the quality and longevity of this product in every respect.

Technical details:

• Material: EPDM synthetic rubber
• Wall thickness: approx. 2.5 mm
• Integrated clamp: Push-On spring made of galvanised steel (up to 4 mm material thickness)

Dimensions and stretchability:

The material can be stretched even further without sustaining damage.
We nevertheless recommend not stretching beyond 254 mm in the long term (brief twisting of the cabin is no problem).

Order and delivery:

• Price information: The price refers to 10 cm of material.
• Quantity information: Order the desired length in units. Example: Please order this item 35 times if you need the bellows with a length of 3.5 m.
• Delivery: The bellows is always delivered in one piece.

Calculate at least 5 cm, better 10 cm additionally for glue joints and buffer.
