Bellows for expedition vehicles

This durable bellows ensures a watertight and dust-free connection between cab and camper body, ideal for use in expedition vehicles. Made from high-quality EPDM synthetic rubber approx. 2.5 mm thick, the material is characterised by durability and resilience.

We fitted this bellows ourselves on our customer vehicles for many years until the closure of our own vehicle assembly workshop in 2024, and can therefore confirm the quality and durability of this product in every respect.

Technical details:

• Material: EPDM synthetic rubber
• Wall thickness: approx. 2.5 mm
• Integrated clamp: Push-on spring made of galvanised steel (up to 4 mm material thickness)

Dimensions and stretchability:

The material can be stretched further without damage.
However, we recommend not to stretch beyond 380 mm in the long term (short-term cabin articulation is no problem).

Ordering and delivery:

• Pricing: The price refers to 10 cm of material.
• Quantity: Order the desired length in units. Example: please order this item 35 times if you need the bellows in a length of 3.5 m.
• Delivery: The bellows is always delivered in one piece.

Please calculate at least 5 cm, better 10 cm extra for bonding areas and buffer.
